How Lumi tests

Lumi makes small, capped, real paid x402 calls to sellers on the XRP Ledger and Base, records whether the paid response contained data, and stores each result with its date. Delivered = the paid response contained data. Not delivered = the seller answered without usable data. Inconclusive = Lumi never saw a response (Lumi-side; not counted against the seller).
